Terms & Conditions of Trade

These Terms & Conditions apply to quotes, orders, account applications and supply of goods by WorkSite Essentials.

1. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting. Pricing may vary depending on supplier availability, quantity, freight charges, custom branding requirements and product changes.

2. Orders

Orders are processed after confirmation by the customer. Custom, branded or special-order items may require approval before processing and may not be cancelled once production or supplier ordering has commenced.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting or account approval. Prepaid orders may require payment before goods are ordered or dispatched. Credit account approval is at the discretion of WorkSite Essentials.

4. Credit Accounts

Credit account applications are subject to review and approval. WorkSite Essentials may request additional information before approving an account or credit limit.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier stock, courier availability, custom branding, and delivery location. WorkSite Essentials will communicate expected delivery timeframes where possible.

6. Product Availability

Products, brands, colours, sizes and specifications are subject to supplier availability. If an item is unavailable, WorkSite Essentials may offer a suitable alternative for customer approval.

7. Custom Branding

Logo printing, embroidery, heat press and other custom branding work must be approved by the customer before production. Custom-branded items may not be returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Returns

Returns are assessed case by case. Goods must generally be unused, in original condition and returned within a reasonable timeframe. Custom, branded or special-order items may not be accepted for return unless faulty.

9. Customer Information

Information submitted through account applications, quote forms or email enquiries is used to process customer requests, quotes, orders and account reviews.

10. Review and Approval

Submitting an account application does not guarantee approval. WorkSite Essentials may approve, decline or request further details for any account application.
